It fills me with so much "get off my lawn" irritation. It doesn't help that apparently the only thing the movie and show share is the title and that the lead is a werewolf.

He's a werewolf who plays on a high school sports team (using his wolfy powers to make him better at said sport)... oh, and has a wacky best friend.
