FWIW, this trans guy doesn't think your dysphoria isn't real. If your body doesn't feel like your own and it's distressing you, that's dysphoria, no matter what your desired result is.

Unfortunately, I don't know what to say other than that :( Trying to achieve a non-binary body in a binary world is absurdly difficult. I hope you can find a path that works for you. /hugs if you want them
