1. Are people being arrested and/or charged with actual criminal prosecution for saying "stupid" and "dumb"?

2. If the answer to 1. is NO, then you are still allowed to use the words "stupid" and "dumb."

...I say this as someone of average intelligence who was called "retard" throughout the entirety of the time that I was trapped in the snake pit that laughingly passed itself off as a functioning school in the provincial education system in my area.

Jumping on "stupid" and "dumb" is distracting society at large from the actual issues that exist. But we all know that's what SJWs are really trying to do, anyway.
