I'm in the exact same situation you are, anon (one year younger, never even been to college), and I have plenty of legitimate reasons to blame others for my being a loser, but being able to blame someone or something else doesn't actually solve the problem or make those to blame take responsibility for it. You're on your own no matter whose fault it is.

And trust me, MPDGs are the most annoying people to actually have in your life. Nothing makes me want to shut myself up in my room forever more than some chipper motherfucker bouncing around trying to make me useful, because I want to spite them into sparkly oblivion. I have to motivate myself, or it just doesn't work.

Thank you for this comment. I mean it. Even if I could point a finger at someone or something, I'm the one responsible for what comes next. I'm surprised I didn't know this until you put it that way.
