Being in fandom for four months makes you... not even a fandom newbie, but a fandom zygote, OP. You must chill.

If you want to get noticed and land on fic recs, work hard on your writing. Write for the most popular ship, and write themes that people like. Your beta is probably not the one to blame and I'm a little confused as to why you hold them responsible. What were they supposed to do, edit and proofread you to stardom? Writing doesn't work that way.

Work on your writing. Request concrit from a good editor and listen to what they have to say. Be critical of your own work. It's no guarantee that you'll be recced, but hopefully, you'll improve.
