14. The wiki says there were tracks contributed by DJ Tiesto to the series? That would explain it right there.

25. What will you do then? I agree that many English translations ring hollow if you know the language well enough. It sounds like you've put too much time and effort into learning the language to do something as fatal as quitting fandom or something like that. The good news is that there's far more in Japan that has never seen the light of day here. I'm sure some scanlation circle would love to have you. I want to see you succeed and keep contributing to fandom for your love of the language alone.

30. I had a similar reaction the first time you fight Jenova in FFVII. This is Crisis Core, isn't it? Waaa I want to play it...

Yeah, it's Crisis Core alright. I'm not sure how I'm gonna deal with playing FF7 again; I've always had somewhat of a hard time killing Sephiroth, and now -- after seeing him in CC; such a sweet and sane guy -- it's gonna be near impossible.

I hope you have a chance to play CC soon! It was much better than I had expected, I truly loved it.

Did you play a Japanese release of it? I don't know when it's coming here... they've been delaying release here for over a year now. I just hope it doesn't suck like Dirge of Cerberus.

Never quitting fandom. I get my JP fixes where I can. Just feel a bit of a fool for working so hard on something that I can't enjoy.

I mean I worked so hard on learning Japanese so I could translate stuff and now I don't enjoy the translations. Feel free to look upthread for someone who thinks they know what I'm talking about.
