Oh I'm fine with his average smarts + working hard, just sometimes he seems to do really dumb shit and...he's kinda blank? Like his personality is cookiecutter blank and boring without any strong identifiers...same with Alison, where I'm having issues following their decisions fluttering all over the place. Their characters are not consistant, at least. They don't change in ways I can follow
