Seriously, Twitter and Yelp. Register for accounts if you don't have them. Tweet their store with a complaint, post the review on Yelp. For a lot of businesses at this point, it is where if you want to resolve an issue like this, you have to go to social media. Especially if they have lots and lots of good reviews.

Likely, what has been happening is that they are monitoring social media and taking care of complaints that way, with a request for people to take down bad reviews and tweets if they fix the problem. It IS something that, at this point, happens a lot, and you probably aren't going to get anywhere without a threat to their good public record.

It takes two minutes to register, a couple seconds to copy-paste the relevant bits of what you have posted here, and you might get results. You might not, but I would say that if they have no negative complaints or bad reviews, it's pretty likely that you will.
