I'm the complete opposite. I can appreciate fan art even if it's not my fandom, but I have a harder time with fic if there isn't anyone I ship (though I'm a multishipper).

Honestly? I think that Cousland is totally the one in charge in that power dynamic, and if she decides, Alistair will go along even if reluctantly. It is after all a bit of a self-insert fantasy where even though there's backstory, the protagonist is basically you.

Not secret: So I love this storyline and where it's going, but I just don't ship these guys.

Secret because: The only reason I don't ship them is there's a friend who said when we found about Bill that Thomas was probably gay too, and that they were Wanda's "Gay Babies". I can't get that horrible thing she said out of her head and this is poisoned for me forever. Sorry Friend.
