Something about the Governor of Louisana wanting to eradicate the vampires? Or not stopping the killing of vampires? Eric's pissed about that, presumably because he's a vampire and he likes other vampires. So when glamouring the Gov. didn't work, Eric noticed his sweet daughter Willa and decided to kill her for the Gov.'s extermination order on vampires (plus there's some shit about experimenting on vampires). Willa bought herself some time by telling Eric about the "camp". And then somewhere along the way, Eric got the bright idea to turn Willa into a vampire. Either as revenge against the Gov. or to make the Gov. see vampires as more than just monsters...or both.

Who knows. I'm only partially watching this year, and giving no fucks about anything to do with Eric, Bill or Sookie. Hell, even Alcide isn't hooking me.
