I would think so? Depends on what your definition of fandom is. There are reality shows centered around fashion that have fanbases and I would consider those fandoms. Fashion is just the broader end of the spectrum, like books or music.

Yes? It's a group of fans talking about something they like? Isn't that what fandom is? There are band fandoms and sports fandoms; why not fashion fandom?
