What the ever-loving fuck was that video. Like you said, the ambient women were stunning (I took a shine to the badass babe dancing in front of the desk, myself), but Jessie J, who I never heard of before now, scares the hell out of me. I started off the video in full screen and had to minimize it because her demented jerking was like some kind of horror movie.

Darn straight. I hated what the writers did with her, it was almost like they were intentionally hating on the fans who had asked for a female Robin. A "here's your girl Robin, now see how sucky and faily she is" mentality.

Have we got Steph in the nu52 yet btw, or are we just pretending she has less of an existence than Power Girl's boob window?

Yeah it gets annoying after a while, like as nice as it is when people say "mte" or "this" to agree with something you've said, I think once one person says it I don't need to see a whole thread of "this." Like if you agree, say a little something after "this" to say why you agree, otherwise your comment is just taking up space.

It's the same thing for me as having an emoticon response, if you're not going to bother really talking to me then don't talk.

I really really don't think a movie will get made, honestly. Unless it was porn. The (truly awful) sex is basically the storyline. No major studio will fund it and EL James has such a big fat head about it that I doubt she'll settle for anything less.

I don't think this argument is valid, but yours is no better; if somebody, for example, has for their entire life grown carrots in pretty complex patterns, they cannot possibly claim that, since they do it this way, it is not unrealistic to include a character who does the same in a piece of fiction. Also, the fact that everyone else acts differently doesn't make their actions wrong in any way.

It is my opinion, however, that being "realistic" is not a must for a writer. Rather, it is one of those pseudo-rules set to make the beginners stop writing in an outright godawful way.

All I can suggest is if you're in fashion communities then try to find fashion that isn't 50s and post and share it? Like people aren't going to automatically put up fashion you want to see, so if the community is obsessed with one style then YOU need to be responsible for bringing in other ones. Just complaining about it won't do anything.

Don't feel bad. I'm a huge fan of both. The only people who are still uppity about it are being childish. The Used/MCR don't even really care anymore. Only Bert and Gerard ever did, really.
You can love both. It's okay.

I'm not sure what you're expecting, but I lost weight when I became a vegetarian. The thing about any of those diet/exercise plans is that it has to be a permanent change. If you go into it with the mindset of "I'll just diet until I lose fifty pounds and THEN EAT EVERYTHING I WANT," you'll fail. Pretty much any permanent change in the direction of healthy will make you shed weight (barring, of course, genetic conditions.)
