Not everyone who's into fashion is in to it to "look good".

Goths aren't dressing in black because it makes them attractive. Girls don't wear the fun oversized sweaters because it's flattering. Mohawks aren't for sex appeal. And have you seen some of the stuff they send down runways?

And if a certain look appeals to a person they probably don't give a fuck what others think about it.
