I took up tai chi. I started out doing a five minute lesson I found on youtube. Now I am doing at least 30 minutes a day. After warming up, I speed up the movements. I am going to add a fencing foil to the routine in a few days (waiting for it to get here). I already use a folding fan in part of my exercise. I like to listen to the soundtrack from Avatar: The Last Airbender while practicing tai chi.

When I am watching TV and a commercial comes on, I get up and move. I stretch, lift 5-15 lb weights, or use the rubber band for resistance exercise. Same when I am on the computer, but I get up every 25-30 minutes to stretch.

I also stopped drinking so much diet soda. Where I was drinking 2 or more cups a day, I'm down to a 12 oz can every other day or so.
