The pose. Idk. The freeze frame of it. The scene didn't bother me at all in the show. But the picture...really weirds me out. Can't really express exactly why.

Not knowing this show that well, I can understand. That specific shot devoid of context for me has an odd tension, partially because of their focus on each other (it almost makes me feel intrusive as a viewer, if that makes sense), and partially because it's a little ambiguous -- like the next moment, they might hug, they might dance, the teacher might execute a martial arts throw...
