AYRT

I really don't care what you or anyone else thinks about it. This person made my life a living hell for a while as well as the lives of many of my loved ones. To hear that they haven't changed at all but their behavior is now causing them problems makes me feel good. There aren't in any danger from my feelings and I don't wish them bodily harm or serious emotional distress. It's just nice to know there is a little justice in the universe sometimes. If they can learn from this and change, all the better. But honestly, I doubt that will happen. Some people are just rotten to the core and do nothing but spread misery. I'm glad they're finally getting some in return.

IAWTC, especially this: but their behavior is now causing them problems makes me feel good

As far as I'm concerned, that's not even in the same ballpark as wishing ill to come upon someone - it's more like wanting their (bad) actions to have consequences. And then, who knows, they may actually learn something from that.

Exactly. This changed the situation completely.
