I think these all sound really interesting, but I can't really see a big company doing this sort of thing, mostly because it would be difficult to market (since most animated fairy tales are aimed directly at children). Maybe check out the independent animation scene? I don't know how much computer generated stuff there is, but they'd probably be more likely to do something like this.
