You're making a lot of assumptions here. Some people get married for reasons other than how much they like weddings. I certainly will be.

Agreed. Jesus Christ, maybe OP is just not really into weddings????? I am head-over-heels for my fiance and would love to just be married, but am I excited for the inevitable wedding? Fuck no. The wedding in itself is just for my fiance's family, who are conservative. If it were up to me, we'd just go to the court house.
