Yeah, but he looks human, not half-divine, whatever you think that means in terms of appearance.

Divine doesn't necessarily equal white. I suppose the place of origin for Norse mythology would make it white, but doesn't one of the stories have Odin turning into a raven? Would his offspring have some birdlike characteristics as well? I mean, there are so many creative possibilities for this, but the default is always going to be white.

yeah, Odin's default is a grumpy white old guy, but I don't think that necessarily means his kids need to look anything like him ;)

of course I don't know what Gaiman's authorial intent was, it's been years since I read that book

They could just go full Percy Jackson and say the kids are whatever race the human parent is because magic or some shit.
