It is on the shore of the lake of the Hyde Park in London, in front of a bridge of some swans on the water. The statue is of a man with pale skin and short curly wet hair wearing a wet white shirt looking upset. In another picture is a screen-capture of the same scene from the TV show with the real life actor, who has tanned skin and the beginnings of a beard and mustache but otherwise looks the same (if much more lifelike and way less creepy).]
