I wouldn't be offended if someone speaking another language did that for me. All the articles get in the way of picking out the key words, and therefore ideas. So long as you know they don't understand English, or whichever language, I don't think it's that big a deal.

That's honestly how I'm learning American Sign Language. Plus a lot of extra gestures and finger-spelling. xP

Sounds like something where you have to take the temperature, yourself.
