There's about fifteen examples of this spread out throughout the various Star Trek series, applied to almost every main character. I don't even think I'm exaggerating the number.

The best ones are about Data from TNG, mostly because there's something really creepy about innocent dutiful android-y Data being taken over by someone who's blatantly not-an-android AND has malevolent intentions. Plus, Brent Spiner = brill.
