There's a Buffy the Vampire Slayer ep that did this really, really well. It's "Who's That Girl?" and is around the middle of the 4th season. There's a lead in episode you should watch if you want to understand everything going on the swapped bodies episode, but it isn't necessary if all you're interested to see is where they're actually swapped.
