I would go for the teaching job personally, since it looks like the only downside is the fact you renewed your lease, and leases are fairly easy to get out of, if it comes to that. All you really have to do is talk to your landlord, be upfront about the fact that you know it's an inconvenience for them, and then offer to let them keep your deposit as a fine of sorts. Most landlords understand, and considering you said you renewed your lease, you've lived there long enough that your landlord will probably let you out without a fuss. (Source: my own experience with leases)

Other than that, how rural is this new place you'd be relocating to?
