Even here, people kept implying that I must be evil.

One other things is that I find the word privilege for something that should be a matter of course a bit... creepy. Kind of like when people use "currently able-bodied" instead of simply able bodied - it has a vaguely menacing air, as if people want to take this "privilege" away. Which is really fucking scary when the "privilege" is having a healthy body. I know most people don't actually mean it that way, but that's one of the implications of privilege.
