Oh, go fuck yourself. You know zero about this guy's personal life, what led him to addiction, and how often he might have genuinely tried to get help.

You might know more about your cousin, but that doesn't make you the authority on addiction.

What happened in your family was tragic, but not every addict is like your cousin, and your experience do not give you a super special free pass to condemn everyone who ever struggled with an addiction.
