I'd also like to take this opportunity to encourage the British people to throw off the chains of tyranny and oppression and liberate themselves from an unjust and insupportable monarchy. Forward, Liberty!

Kind of both, I guess!

I was being kind of silly because I am aware of the role the British royal family plays in modern life and of the gap between the rhetoric I'm using and the reality. But I am opposed to the concept of monarchy on principle, even if it's not immediately harmful or oppressive in effect.

So... it's a silly exaggerated post that I'm also kind of serious about.
