Re: Is a Creative Writing master's worth it?

You'd be better off choosing a related major, like Journalism or something. Because a Creative Writing M.A. is a degree that means literally nothing. You'll still get opportunities based on merit and ability rather than the degree, so unless you feel your abilities could stand on their own after 6+ years, it wouldn't benefit you that much career-wise.
