If she stopped being friends with you, I doubt she will search you out...And if she does, maybe you two can renew your friendship. The worst that can happen is status quo is maintained. The best is you become friends again. What will most likely happen is she will never notice.

Eh, worst case would be she actively goes after the OP in fandom, particularly if she thought the OP followed her in...but I kinda doubt that would happen since it's been a while.
