Broke up with a girlfriend at Uni.

And I could not stop laughing.

Literally bent double, uncontrollable can't pause for breath laughs.

It took like ten minutes for her to realise I was serious.

I don't even know why. I've never reacted that way to nervousness/stress before or after.

I've only had that happen to me twice. I think uncontrollable, stress-induced laughter can be an occasional thing.

I started laughing when a guy dumped me once. I was actually pretty broken up about it, but I'd realized the relationship was doomed and seeing the axe finally fall was such a relief compared to waiting for it to happen, and the relief came out as laughter.
