DA. I think they're decent action flicks, but they're decidedly not Star Trek.

I'm not an TOS nut so it doesn't bother me as much as your average fan, but I'm hoping once the movies die out they start doing television shows again. I miss Trek on tv.

I'd love some Trek on my TV again. Especially if they moved it to the TNG/DS9/VOY era. I always liked that time period better than TOS, honestly.

Same, TNG, DS9 and Voyager were the Treks I grew up with and watched from beginning to end and I want that on my tv again. I don't mind if they build on TOS, but they need to build off of the right things, mainly the idealism and the philosophy that comes from Trek. The new movies are fun but they're very shallow.

Yes, this. TNG/DS9/VOY is when they really started world-building sensibly and developing characters and story arcs. I miss them.
