I'm not sick of them yet, and I think the art and photo manips can be very cute. That said, I hope I never get tired of Will Graham/Hugh Dancy in a flower crown when I eventually do (maybe probably?).

Also, appropriation? I guess the specific use of leis might be, but I don't see it. They're flowers. People tie flowers together and plop them on eachothers heads basically everywhere.
