I convinced a friend of mine who hated Dark Souls to give it another try. He loves it now.

You convinced me to play Dishonored! I wasn't going to because I don't generally care for steampunk, but it was brilliant.

If you like Dishonored, go play Thief -- all three games are on GoG and the GoG forums will show you how to get them running nice. They're older and therefore clunkier, but the brilliance of Dishonored is the brilliance of Thief.
