I finally got my new car!"

She's the red one in the middle, and her name is Cherry~.

I'm so excited, since I've had my old car for about nine years now, and because of my chronic pain it's been harder and harder to get into such a low car, so I love how much higher Cherry is!

Anybody else buy anything exciting this week? :D?

I got a new pair of sandals, but that's not as exciting as a car!

I am holding onto the sandals I have until I can find a pair nearly as comfortable! XD They are so worn though, I even have little toe grooves.

XDD That gif is like... how excited I felt today when I picked her up from the dealership!

It was like, "Oh my god, I didn't have to struggle and try and fold myself into my car!! Yay!!"

my hard work at dungeon donuts has paid off to the point where I'm actually finishing up my summer want list with a few weeks left to go. today I bought the urban decay naked basics palette along with a set of hello kitty brushes from sephora, and I have a cute dress coming in the mail tomorrow from modcloth. hooray for spending money! it's fun for some reason!

<3 I love some of the stuff on modcloth!! I just hate having to pay customs fees on top of shipping and stuff. :( But yay for cute clothes and getting everything on your want list! :D

I bought a caramel macchiatto. And banana bread. Although I guess FemShep's PlayArts counts, even if it'll take me two weeks to get her in the mail.

I got a book! It's a collection of the newspaper columns of Flann O'Brien (published under the name Miles na gCopaleen), and I got it used for a couple bucks and it's really good. It is amazingly funny and imaginative and enjoyable.

Also, I got it kind of unexpectedly - I happened to be walking by the Irish cultural center around here, and saw that they had a little book cart, so I went over to investigate it. Not only did they have the book cart with the book on it, but apparently they have a whole library in there which I never knew anything about - a very pleasant, nice room full of old books, with a librarian and everything, who seemed like a lovely lady and I had a very nice chat with her.

So I was happy to get the book and it was a very pleasant discovery.
