Yes. She is black. She is a black Latina. Just like Cameron Diaz is a white Latina. Both women are Latina.

She's Afro-Caribbean. She wasn't raised in the African American community but in the Hispanic one. Different culture. She has more in common with Jennifer Lopez than with Jennifer Hudson.
