They have a point (although they're expressing it in an utterly disgusting way), though. These days, it seems you almost need to be a transgendered, mentally/physically disabled, homosexual person of colour to open your mouth. White and straight? "Go kill yourself." "Die, cis scum." etc.

I believe your skin colour/sexuality/gender/etc does NOT make you any more special than anyone else.

(Now, watch me get labeled a whitesplaining homophobic racist.)

This is sorta true... in one small section of the internet. In real life, if you're disabled, trans, queer, female, or non-white, you will be talked over, stereotyped, belittled, and ignored. Life != tumblr.
