How do you take your (homemade) coffee?

(Anonymous) 2013-07-29 11:51 pm (UTC)(link)
I take it strong, as much coffee in there as I can. Then milk + sugar. Good for breakfast with some bread.

You?

(sips coffee)

Add a small scoop of ice cream for after lunch.

Black. As strong as possible. Unless I am eating breakfast at a diner, in which case I add sugar, because you need something that is both strong and sweet to cut through a greasy diner breakfast.

This is scientifically proven as the best system for drinking coffee. I don't like having milk in coffee (or tea or anything) because I think it gives it a funny texture, so.

I drink mine black too. No sugar, it makes it too sweet. And no cream/milk, it makes it taste weird.

I like my coffee the way I like my men. I don't like coffee. Sorry. I just really wanted to say that joke for once.

Mmmm, but If I had to drink coffee I would probably try to make it taste as little like coffee as possible. So probably a lot of sugar and cream.

Raw sugar, some milk. People here like their coffee way too creamy.

Damn it. Now, I need to make myself some coffee.

Usually, I like my coffee strong with 3-4 sugars and no milk. Every once in a while, I add Hazelnut creamer and 2 sugar. (Also, I like the festive Christmas/holdays creamer on tough days)

typically I like strong coffee, so I only put in a small amount of milk but I vary it depending on mood. never put in sugar, though. that said, my favorite time for coffee is when you have dessert :D

about three sugars and just a littttle dibble of cream. I tried coffee with skim milk at work the other day though and I was blown away by how delicious it was, so I might switch to milk soon if I have the guts.

Really strong. Luckily, we have a French press. :D

What I put in it depends on what I want at the moment. But I think light roasts (and some medium roasts) taste really odd with milk. I also sometimes like putting a little booze in my coffee if available, because it makes it taste really warm and rich and extra delicious.

Dark roast, black, but with sugar. Light roasts taste sour to me, and so does regular coffee with milk or creamer.

Lately though I've been cold-brewing Cafe Bustelo and then mixing it with cocoa mix, some almond milk, and ice cubes also made of Bustelo because I clearly have some sort of Bustelo-related problem.

Mmm, coffee. I use a bit of sugar and a bit of (right now caramel macchiato) creamer.

Unfortunately I can't drink it black. Maybe if I made an effort to drop the sugar and creamer I could, but I'm not going to. Because it's delicious.

With a little milk and nothing else. I used to add a little sugar, but I've cut that out for health reasons.

I don't like it strong, more medium. I also like flavors so right now I have Hazelnut. I can have it without any cream but I have to have some sweetener.

Maxwell House, moderately strong, with milk, a splash of vanilla and an indecent amount of sugar/Splenda mix.

Black or with a touch of cream, no sugar. I can't stand sweet coffee.
