I put it in with the grounds. My mother likes it when I add dark cocoa and vanilla extract. I started experimenting as a way to get my mother to be a little healthier and add less sugar and creamer to her coffee. It's worked for the most part, she's down to human levels of sweetness in her coffee now.

Hmmm I only have instant coffee but I'm sure I can mix it up

(sometimes I throw alcohol in there but I swear I'm not an alcoholic)

3, sweetener (or not) of choice
