Nope dearheart, he was just a douche. If someone loves you and doesn't get your geek early, they can still love you. My husband loves that I am geeky nd fannish bout things, and I love that he is too, but we only have one geeky love in common: Classic Bugs Bunny. I'm into s if I and fantasy, he's into typography. You don't have to match, but you do have to respect and expect respect in return.
