Regarding Catwoman, are you talking about Ed Brubaker's run? Because yeah, that was awesome. I'm pretty sure the artist was Darwyn Cooke, who also did the art for DC: The New Frontier and the 2007 reboot of The Spirit.

(BTW, OP, if you are reading this I totally recommend all the comics mentioned in this comment. Also seconding the recs for Hawkeye and Batwoman.)

Also some Cameron Stewart, in his more "cartoony" style (which I love and I wish editors would let him do more), did some of the Brubaker Catwoman. His style didn't jar too much with Cooke's, so the book felt the same.
