Oh. Lattes are indeed very very easy imo.

You need espresso beans or ground espresso then, and whatever espresso maker/brewer of your choice. You can usually get a stovetop one pretty cheap if you're on a budget.

Latte's are mostly milk, so steam about a cup of milk to go over your shot of espresso (1-1.5 oz usually). If you can't steam milk, warm and frothed up milk will do for that tiny bit of texture and air. But if you do have a steaming wand on hand, just be careful not to incorporate too much air into the milk or you'll just end up with cappuccino foam. Unless you really like the extra foam it's still delicious in the end.
