This is fact and I hope you all update your basketball manga fanfiction to take this into account.

[Picture is a page from the manga "Kuroko no Basket". The protagonist, Tetsuya Kuroku is staring with awe at Taiga Kagami as he dunks a basketball through the basket during a basketball match. Tetsuya is thinking "He met with his fated shadow. The true light. The manga doesn't show it, but Tetsuya is a young man with short light blue hair, blue eyes and pale skin and youthful looks. Taiga is a young man with short dark red hair, red eyes and lightly tanned pale skin. Both are wearing basketball uniforms.]

When this happened I laughed. Listening to you conflate their basketball partnership with a romantic one and shit on any other relationship as "less significant" for months... only for the character himself to turn around and say that the other dude was the real deal!

I enjoyed watching you backtrack. He's only talking about basketball, right?

What I got from this secret that apparently the Aoimine/Kuroko shippers were shitting on the KagaKuro shippers, saying that their relationship "had more meaning" compared to KagaKuro which was "just about Basketball". Then Aoimine technically gave his blessing for KagaKuro, and the AoiKuro shippers suddenly backpedals.

I guess.

I do follow the fandom but now that much, so the fandom wars go over my head
