Buy another ticket and sneak in...no matter what, do what gives you some happiness.

Movie theaters may work differently where OP comes from...they work differently where I live, anyway. Ticketing happens in front of each theater 5 minutes before each show starts so you can only get into the one you paid for. So, not a tactic that works everywhere.

yeah, where I live, you buy the ticket, and then you show it to a worker standing in front of the door to each room, who checks the ticket and then tears away a bit of it (the tickets are printed on pieces of stock that have a pre-cut line, so you keep a half of the ticket and they keep the other half)

sometimes no one waits at the rooms during the super slow hours when almost no one shows up, but most of the time they do check
