Thanks for that! The cynical side of me thinks that obviously they would have to say something like it because they want their movie to make money, but even if that is so it doesn't mean they aren't genuine about it either.

Well, they probably would have had to address it one way or another since that particular aspect has been talked about so much. Otherwise it would have looked like they were just dodging it. I do know that Harrison Ford at least has been vocal about his support of gay marriage in the past
