[Picture is a screen-capture from a comic in a tumblr post, featuring a ghostly person glowing gold approaching the newborn Prince George in his crib and saying "What a silly name... George. Anyone with eyes could see... you're... Arthur", and then the baby grabs fingers from the ghost's hand. So it's, ah, Merlin's ghost from the TV show "Merlin" or maybe the old legend, visiting the new British royal baby in real life, who is the reincarnation of his friend, King Arthur, or something???)

I'm starting to feel like I'm the only person in the Merlin fandom who finds the 'Prince George as Arthur' trend creepy, and that maybe I'm the one at fault. [displeased face emoticon]

At the end of the TV, it shows old man Merlin waltzing around the street in modern England, implying that he just didn't die and has been hanging around for Arthur to show up again.

As the anon above has already described - it's actually supposed to be Merlin (not his ghost) visiting the Prince, as Merlin is alive at the end of the series and is shown to still be waiting for Arthur. (Last scene of the series w/ Arthur - his body in a boat on the lake of Avalon floating towards an island with a tower on it. Last scene with Merlin - a lorry driving past Merlin as an old man, who is walking along a road that passes the same lake, with the island and a crumbling tower in the distance).
