I think a big part of why I'm just not seeing it (like I said before, I'm not so much "boycotting" it as deciding my money could be better spent on Pacific Rim or things that make me happy without the guilt) is because I am straight.

I'm not gonna side-eye someone who's gay and sees it. I'm not gonna even side-eye other straight folks who are allies and go see it.

But it's the same as the Chick-Fil-A thing for me. I don't have to personally deal with the consequences of what people like OSC do and preach, aside from worrying for friends and family. It doesn't affect me personally. And I guess that makes me feel like gabbing a yummy chickwich and waffle fries on the way to Ender's Game would make me...complicit? Like, it's too easy or something.

I dunno, it's just me personally.
