[Picture is a collage of bits of text regarding the Hannibal/Will ship from "Hannibal", from various parts of the internet, the image of a reporter interviewing someone who works in the TV show "Hannibal" and a fanart of Hannibal Lecter and Will Graham chilling with a dog in a living room.
The interview with pictures goes says:
"When you get a chance to talk to a Fannibal, what is the question they most have for you?"
"Will Will Graham and Hannibal Lecter ever kiss?
The fanart has the disclaimer "fanart obviously used without permission". In it, Hannibal is reading a newspaper while he sits at a couch. Will is resting on his lap and over a brown dog who is also sleeping.
The various text quotes go like this:
"There's a big homoerotic fanbase for these characters and I hear a lot of wanting to get Hannibal Lecter and Will Graham together in that way.
Anonymous says on tumblr: "Opposite direction: Alana may not be Will's link to the world, he may never have one. If you ship Hannibal/Will in fanfic in the same twisted way it is shown on screen, I have no issue with it. I don't do it, because I'd like Will to be happy, but I can see it and understand it. If, however, you ship it in a light and fluffy story, or insist it should be canon, then I wonder if we are watching the same show, with the same characters. Hannibal is abusive, he gaslights Will, hides Will's illness, and force-feeds Will the ear of someone he cares for! And the "murder family" stories creep me out too. Will is devastated by even pretending to be a killer. In what universe would he enjoy killing with Hannibal? None.
Bonus Secret: And if you insist Hannibal/Will is or should be canon, but think Alana is a bitch for not kissing Will? I want you to get the fuck out of fandom, as I don't want to be associated with you.
