I agree that someone's looks shouldn't be the most important thing about them, but what makes you think that when people say that they're talking about physical beauty? I've always thought that "everyone is beautiful" stuff was more about inner beauty, like an "as long as you're a good person, you're beautiful" kind of thing.

because they're always talking about shapes and sizes and facial features etc with pictures, rather than talking about non-physical traits
