Eh, you'll find ways to cope, just like the rest of us. If a menstrual cup is unworkable for whatever reason and standard feminine protection is inadequate, consider adult undergarments at night (hey, it beats OCEANS OF BLOOD EVERYWHERE.) Ibuprofin or sodium naproxen is also your friend.

Seeing a doctor would be a good idea, though.

I sleep so much better now that I don't have to worry about waking up in the middle of the night to find blood everywhere. Depends are my lifesaver now.
