Mebbe they just like bringing it up to annoy people who get easily upset around sex. That is what I'm in the thread for. You seem scarily obsessed by this. I'm assuming you are young yourself, under 21. If not then your obsession with teenage sex and people talking about it is pretty damn creepy too.

No, I'm considering blocking 90% of my fandom friends, because the past half year most of them have turned creepy. They will not stop saying how "cute" this pairing is.

Wtf? I don't care about teenagers having sex with each other, I DO care about adults having sex with teenagers.

And actually, in the non-fandom world, most people agree that sort of thing is creepy. I bet even in Japan, a 40 year old having sex with a fourteen year old is illegal.

Dear anon: They're not people. They're fictional characters. If your friends find them cute or write fic of them or draw art of them, that doesn't cause any adults to have sex with teenagers.

I say block them. At one point my fandom suddenly turned into 90% shota so I left the fandom because there was no longer anything to interest me. That's really the only approach there is since you can't control what other people produce/like.
